Hey LydiaIf you put hot flushes into the search box up the top of the page it will come up with a lot of different posts relating to hot flushes and I am sure there will be some hints there for you. My doctor from womens Health has put me on Lyrica or Pregabalin 150mg for pain and hot flushes and it is keeping my hot flushes under control at the moment.
