@Marina1976. The emotions are a bit all over the place at the start. Though it hasn’t stopped entirely for me. After 7 years on the blockers I still have them especially when other things crowd in on top.
I usually find my happy place and go there. Whether its meditation, a walk somewhere distracting. Also Visiting a special someone or giving myself a little treat.
Doing a journal can help with finding what works. Noting not only the bad things but the good as well.
Seeing a councillor can help with giving you other strategies as well. Worked for me
