Does anyone use Medical Cannibis for Joint and Muscle pain from Aromatase Inhibitors?

I'm wondering if this could be useful.
I have joint and muscle pain form AI's. And like most, I will be on them for 5-10 years.
Due to having hypertension, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are to be avoided.
What is the cost? 
Is it safe to take and drive? My driving licence is very important to me.
Does anyone have advice on this?

    Unfortunately you are legally not permitted to drive even with medical cannibis. The speaker at the seminar I went to says it is a stupid law as medical cannibis actually makes you into a much better, calmer driver.

    Yes I was on cbd oil when first diagnosed it was fantastic for pain and to relax I was as happy as Larry even wirh stage four cancer 😊 the medical grade tablets I tried on trial were not effective and the tincture drops rubbish. It’s a natural product intended to help once it’s tampered with and put  into tablets I believe that benefit is gone
