Well youre in a better situation than I was with Stage 2, Grade 3, and I am Triple Negative, to confuse you further. I always took my husband so he could absorb info when necessary. The Surgeon was fantastic as she wrote down everything she would be expecting to do. I didnt have clear margins in my nodes, and I had 2 ops just for the node issue. Then I just went with the flow, and I didnt get it all, until after my chemo, and Id had time to calm down and absorb info. I recommend you phone a nurse or doctor with medical questions. I had a breast care nurse I hounded, a community nurse, who gave me support at home for free, the cancer council to begin with when I didnt know who to ring, the surgeon on one occasion (thats another story), the oncologist/rads, (when it was urgent).......ah, for general stuff, side effects, emotions, support and ranting, the BCNA ! (smiling). The only time I suffered was when I let my brain worry and didnt ask some-one. Good luck xx Bel
