Congratulations on finishing chemo. It's great to have that behind you. My hair grew in chalk white and frizzy - like a lambswool pad on my head. It gradually darkened and very gradually straightened. About a year after it had all grown back, I noticed an unusual amount of hair on my brush and comb. Bit of panic. After a lot of specialist advice it appears my shedding pattern had changed. No bald spots, no alopecia just more loose hairs than normal. I had never noticed loose hairs before and my hair was very thick. It still is, the amount of hair I shed is still within a normal level but it's possible that letrozole may have contributed to (not caused) a change. So if it happens, don't be too alarmed! 3 years on and all fine. Best wishes.
