Dear @eddiek
I religiously read all brochures that come with prescription drugs ( mine and those prescribed for my 89 year old mother who has many health conditions).
The list is often scary but the fact that something is listed doesn’t mean you will get it - the drug companies are just covering their bases .
My “favourite “ is always constipation , but on the next line , diahreah ( can’t they make up their mind?) .
You should be closely monitored on a CDK 4/6 drug including regular blood tests.
According to the clinical trials the main side effects likely for this class of drug was low neutrophils, elevated liver enzymes and fatigue , although rash and tummy upsets also feature .
Do you have a breast care nurse , they can often be a good source of info on these things.
Take care 🌺
