Can we think of any positives of being on Hormone Therapy?

@Sister you've expressed exactly how I feel.  When I get to sit down in the evening and look at the forum, my brain won't process and my fingers won't type.  I can't string two words together.  If I try it takes me an age to write a short paragraph.  Others say it much better than me,  I resort to sending hugs. 
@Joannie I'm not angry either, in fact I'm not even worried.  I have deep anxiety issues (which first expressed themselves going through menapause) but not anxious about myself.
