Thanks @Romla we talked about it at the last RYC lunch. We have another coming up on december 8 . I did check it out but the only one I can get to is in the evening after work . I would find it a bit much right now . I’m dead on my feet by end of day . But might look at hydrotherapy sessions anyway on my days off .
