I've dramatically cut back on the booze. What with it being a carcinogen and all... I have it once a week now. Sometimes twice. The latest research says the best amount to drink is zero!
I've cut back on the coffee, and when I do have it, sadly it's with low fat milk because of the AI cholesterol issue. The dietician at the BCNA Plan B said a skinny latte counted as one of the four serves of calcium a day we needed as post-menopausal women, so that's fine by me!
Chocolate is my kryptonite... Every day I struggle to resist the temptation to eat it. It's just soooo good. :p
