I've been thru full menopause - started 20 years ago (early) and finished 10 years ago. I was on HRT cream for 6-8 months during that time, until it affected my boobs & I was sent to Newcastle for a more thorough check after 4 goes at Breastscreen! I stopped taking the cream the day I was called to John Hunter at Newcastle!
Which AI are you on? I started on Letrozole & am much happier on Exemestane! Virtually NO side effects at all!! :)
I had the odd flush on Letrozole (maybe 3 in 6 weeks) and none on Exemestane at this point (8 weeks in).
I have aged cheese & tomato every day on crackers for lunch with home made baked capsicum .... YUM!
