Thanks @arpie I’m also wondering , if a woman has has already gone through full menopause as I have ( did HRT for five years but then stopped that about five years ago) , am i still likely to experience hot flushes etc? I honestly didn’t think I had much oestrogen in my system to get rid of to be honest . It was an eye opener for me that fat cells produce a bit 😐.
