Yes I suppose there’s lots of info out there that needs to be sorted through . I was just curious if anyone had been advised to avoid by their doctors and it seems not .
Im in the camp where a coffee each day is part of my lifestyle and I enjoy it. I can manage not having alcohol every night . I just love a champagne and orange with family on weekends though . Plus I love my hot chocolate and the odd chocolate ❤️❤️
