It's quite a reasonable site as far as I can see, but in many cases there are arguments for and against - milk for example. While warning against raw, unhomogenised and full cream milk, it doesn't say anything (as far as I can see) about low fat milk. Which those of us who are conscious of lipids in full cream milk, but worried about bone density, may select. Then again it's an American site, and fat, sugar and salt looms!! Tends towards if there is any doubt at all, avoid. Which may be somewhat alarmist. Avocados for example - if you are feeding rats high volumes of avocado oil, it may cause something, but that does not translate to half an avocado, once a week, in a human.
