I still have a couple of wines a day - so I guess only time will tell ....
I have a tiny bit of chocolate now & then (not an addict) and have the odd Mocha (not full coffee.)
There are so many sites out there with whacky info ...... you still need quality of life whilst going thru this treatment - so 'in small quantities' should be fine!
