I didn’t take Anastrozole, I took Letrozole for 10 years and yes, between the medication and ageing my excellent bone density at 67 has taken a dive. I still don’t have osteoporosis and I am hoping to skirt Prolia or something similar, it can be very effective but you tend to be on it for a long time and yes, any serious dental work has to be timed in between treatments. Worth getting more information on, to help you make an informed choice. Best wishes.
