I too am on Tamoxfin and also have osteoporosis. I have been seeing a naturopath and she has been working with me on functional and nutritional support post breast cancer and adrenal support post hysterectomy and cancer.
She has me taking 2 MagCitrate capsules each night before bed to support stress and calcium absorption.
I had been getting some leg cramps at night but haven't had any for a while. You have got me wondering if this is a result of the magnesium capsules as I haven't had any since commencing these tablets.
