The achy legs are a normal hormonal thing, caused by the lack of oestrogen. This is why some have it before Hormone Therapy. Once the Tamoxifen or Arimidex whatever Ai's you take kicks in, so do the side effects.
The joys of being female and the non-joy of hormone therapy, but at least this is an indication that treatment is working.
