I had leg cramps at night, and I wasn't even on Tamoxifen - the cramps and twitching were regular. For me, the answer was getting up and having a warm milk drink. The cramps stopped within minutes. It made me wonder if it could have been calcium related? I hope you find relief - it's not pleasant. All the best, Michelle xxx
