Hi LynJoan. Could you email your doctor and check maybe? That might set your mind at ease and that way you could enjoy your fabulous holiday.
I'm having a Letrozole holiday for the whole of December, with my oncologist's blessing. Obviously we're all different and your doctor might have a different opinion as regards to you, but as @Afraser said, there are many people here who take breaks from their AIs. It doesn't seem to be a big thing. I'd check via email or sms to be on the safe side. K xox
