You could try a doctor, but without any proof you have already been prescribed it, it's a big ask! To be honest, there is not much you can do - it's a hiccup, but others have had time out from letrozole, so it's not the sort of thing you are going to fly home immediately about! So best to relax, accept it's a temporary problem and enjoy Calgary, it's a really interesting place.
