Well i had my review with my doctor today after following the blood sugar way of eating for the last 14 weeks i am 12.5 kgs down and Diabetes test results in my HbA1c results today at doctors has gone from 8.1 to 6.5 so i can stay off my diabetes meds and she is going to retest it again in 3 months time.
