Hi afer reading Nellies blog (and me being just the other side of 60 aswell) it has encouraged me to ask my own question so here goes. I have just finished my first 12 months on Tamoxifen and to quote "NOT HAPPY JAN" I have put on about 4 kilos and am having the most horfific hot flushes imaginable, just as bad during the day as at night. Does anyone else have these problems? I am still working be it only part-time and I walk my dog about 3 times a week for an hour, my diet hasn't changed that much since B.C. even my sweet tooth didn't come back completely, I can take it or leave it (chocolate that is)  My sister-in-law suggested I try wild clam cream she said it helps her with her "hottie moments" but on reading about it not sure if it is for me or would it interfere with the Tamoxifen. Has anyone any other ideas I would really appreciate any advice.
