Hi Amy,
How long did you have the achy bones after the first infusion? I had scans not so long ago and they showed that the Arimidex & then Bondronat were doing their job and had halted the growth of the tumours - in my pelvis & my lung. Neither of these tumours has caused me any pain whatsoever, so it would seem strange if something so painful had suddenly appeared out of nowhere. I will see a physiotherapist this week. Maybe the back injury has simply flared up with the achy bones and with a bit of physiotherapy maybe I can fix that problem before the next infusion. It's interesting that you only had the reaction once. Maybe I can hope that it will get better with each time. Thanks anyway for your response.
