Zometa use ???

Hi, sorry this response is so long after your post but I haven't been back to the site for several months. My original question about Zometa was because of problems I felt were related after two infusions. No one seemed to have the same problem so I didn't keep writing. When I experienced the same extreme back pain problem after the 3rd infusion, I decided it was time to give up and went back to Bondronat. I had various scans to make sure there was no other reason for the back pain and all came up negative. I have not had that back pain - not even a hint of it - since, so my oncologist, my GP and I have no doubt at all that it was connected with the Zometa. Maybe I have a weird allergy to it - who knows, but it wasn't the right drug for me. It may be for you. Hope it's all going well.
