I went into have my PICC line dressed this morning and ended up staying for 21/2 hours! I had a slight temp which prompted them to remove the PICC to rule it out as the source of the infect...

Lovely words Alysia! Yes it does get the better of me some days. I am beginning to realise what is important and starting to prioritise.
You are also in Perth I see. I'm being treated at SJOG in Subi. They are absolutely wonderful. Such a fabulously caring staff.
Have a lovely time with your brother. Special times. I hope everything goes well for you in November so you can spend some quality time with him and your family.
It's hard staying strong all the time but I for one has to realise that I am only human and that this is a life changing event that most people don't really understand.
