I went into have my PICC line dressed this morning and ended up staying for 21/2 hours! I had a slight temp which prompted them to remove the PICC to rule it out as the source of the infect...

Thanks Dette for such lovely words. Yes I think I've realised that I need to slow down and take it a little more easy. I'm not super woman and shouldn't feel guilty.
The direct request is definitely on the cards. So many people offer initially but when it comes to asking they seem less forthcoming. Something I have to work on, I think.
