All did settle overnight thankfully - just watching and waiting to see what will unfold in the next few days - I have a thermometer at my bedside so will keep a watch on that as you suggested!!
Today just felt very tired but anything else was manageable - tabs seem to be keeping nausea under control so am thankful for that!
Will see what comes next on this mystery tour!
