xeloda vrs epirubicin

hi can anyone tell me how often u would have a scan to determine how effective treatment with xeloda or epirubicin is. i am due to start treatment iv epirubicin on thursday but am not sure at present . i am leaning towards the xeloda at the moment just cause its christmas and i dont want the hassles that come with iv chemo
