Woo Hoo !!!

Hi everyone,

I have only 2 more days of radiation to go which finishes this Friday and then my 2 daughters are taking me out for lunch to celebrate. I have been a bit tired this last week which was to be expected. I don't know if it is because of the treatment or all the Christmas shopping and looking after the grandkids over the weekend. My skin has held up quite well and I think that is because of the shark liver oil I have been taking. I am just a little sore under the arm but it is getting better each day.

As of 2 weeks ago I had lost 8 kgs and I got into trouble by the radiation staff because if you lose too much weight it throws out all the measurements. They only had to tell me once to stop the diet as I didn't want to extend my treatment past the 9th.My hair is growing back fairly fast and everone likes my hair shorter so I might keep it a bit shorter.

    That's great,hope you celebrate big time! I think this time of year makes everyone tired and radiation would contribute too,Take it easy and eat up! Wish someone would tell me not to diet.Hope you have a lovely Christmas with your family.
