It is time, I start to learn a bit about COLOUR THEORY. This is an interesting topic, there are lots to learn.
As you read the reference articles, just IGNORE the hair comment - just remember BOLD is BEAUTIFUL. (OR alternatively just have a laugh and imagine all the pics you see have Coneheads, remember the movies in the 90's. Come-on ... don't forget you are just waiting for the NEW hair follicle to develop)
Anyway knowing your season/colour helps you choose the colour that complements you, and lift your spirit. You might surprise yourself ....
