And for the record, I don't think anyone was referring to you or anyone else as a 'Frankenstein' or a 'freak'. Michelle C's comments were about her self perception, and her dying mother's comments. My response was a recognition that in my darkest moments I have entertained similar thoughts ABOUT MYSELF.
I guess that's the short version of what I'm trying to say.
I also don't think my choices reflect my 'regard' for my breasts. I love them. I will miss them.
This is all so upsetting.
I'm supposed to be getting ready for surgery and instead I'm spending hours apologising for people being offended by comments that didn't ever relate to them.
I can't begin to imagine how Michelle C must be feeling. She was honest. She got slammed for it.
