Yes. I think we are very much in the same head space. I avoided the Frankenstein reference because I seriously don't want to cause offence or distress to those having reconstruction, however the thought definitely occurred to me. We all have different values and different reactions to these things and I can understand how reconstruction is the best option for a lot of women. It's just not for me.
Good luck with what I hope will be your very last surgery. How I love that phrase: "Very last surgery". That's what I'm hoping for.
