Thanks so much for your comment, Lisa. So sorry to hear about your problems with infection. There's a ray of hope; radiation will also change the way your breast looks and it might just improve things for you. 

Even if you wind up needind some kind of corrective surgery you've still avoided all of the risks and complications associated with a mastectomy. They do a lot of very good things with reconstruction these days and I've seen some excellent results.

I'm still waiting to heal from the most recent surgery and doing all I can to help that go smoothly. Even if I end up 'mismatched' I'm very happy with my choices.
