i had my radiotherapy at Genesis Care in Darlinghurst in Sydney.
The package included free sessions for acupuncture and exercise at the Kinghorn Wellness Centre.
I also saw a physiotherapist who specialised in breast cancer patients.
I found it all very helpful .
I understand acupuncture does not work for everyone but it it was a revelation for me.I was pretty sceptical going in but it really helped with my pain .
the only person I didn’t see was the nutritionist but I knew what to do there and have done it.
that’s not to say others might not benefit.
I figure you need to throw everything you can at this beast.
