Who is in charge of my care?
Can someone tell me who is supposed to be in charge of my care throughout my diagnosis and treatment? Is it the surgeon or does the hospital take over or what?

I'm so pleased that you are able to follow my journey. I'm following people just in front of me as well and yes it is calming to know what goes on before you get there. I have my first oncology appointment tomorrow morning and truth be known I'm looking forward to getting this part of my treatment happening so that I can get through and out the other side. I have things to do and they don't involve breast cancer :) I might assume that you've seen the same surgeon as me (at Bundall)? He is just gorgeous. I'm going to see Dr Tazbirkova in Dr Slancars rooms for Oncology. I have only heard good things about her (Dr Taz).
