You're welcome! Yes it is a so and so of a trip that you're on. Writing it down on here helps to release some of the angry feelings. Doesn't it pee you off no end when whose it next to you is the model gymnast and you're the one that can't get the left arm in position! Don't belt yourself up over it, just roll and laugh! Laughter is what has helped me through this
