God Narelle, I can't even imagine how you are facing this without the support of friends and family. My husband, children and friends are what got me throught. I was called back after a routine mammogram in November, diagnosed in early Decmeber, booked in to a surgeon two weeks later and had left breast removed on 6th jan, followed by a second op three weeks later to deal with a seroma, and I have just last week finished 5 weeks radiation. It was all so sudden I think I am still in shock and wondering what the hell happened to me. To think of having to dwell on the issue for so long - I don;t know how I would have coped. I hope your husband has become more supportive, mine suprised me - perhaps yours will too. I wish you well with your op and your results.
