When is the best time of day to take Tamoxifen

I have been taking it for over 4 years now.No side effects for me,and even though in the beginning I thought I did have some side effects,I actually feel now that I was imagining it!!!I had hot flushes,but I think that I would have had them anyway.My oncologist said to give it a good 3 months to settle down,if there were symptoms,and that was what I did.I take it in the morning, but I started off by taking it at night.It makes no difference!!!Just like taking a panadol!!
