Whats this taste

I have had my first treatment 5 days in and so far everyday i get the same taste in my mouth, my urine smells the same is this the drugs - its not metallic its a - dont know how to describe...

The side effects of chemo are something else. Yes it is hard to describe the taste, smells and how you feel. I used to spin my husband out with "hissy fits". There is a blog somewhere on here about "how chemo affected you and tips" (something like that) which is full of great information which could be really helpful for you. I used to eat food only because I knew I had to but it had no "normal" taste to me. You will find certain foods that you will enjoy and others that you will never stomach again. Just keep on trying.
