Hi Abby Thec stage relates to tumour size and where it has spread to. Grade relates to how abnormal the cells look under the microscope ie how different compared to normal cells. The Ki67 relates to how fast the cells are replicating ie how quick the tumour is growing. Search the BCNA website under pathology. There's a good basic explanation of tumour pathology.
