thanks everyone, great suggestions. I did check the ginger beer we had at home and it doesn't contain any real ginger! Interesting hey.
I find the boiled eggs help, and as someone else said just a mouthful of food seems to help the nausea.
Ive got medication but if I can manage the light nausea times without more drugs I prefer that. Thanks everyone
