What happens when you finish zolodex?

Have been having zolodex injection for 4 years. 1 year to go. Also on exemestane.
What happens when you reach the 5 year mark? Im 52 now. Hope Ive gone into menopause but who knows. You cant take exemestane unless you are in menopause. So anyone know how they work out if you are now menopausal? Do you take a break and wait to see? Im not keen on having ovaries removed. Im hoping that when in menopause i may eventually get relief from weight gain and hot flushes and high blood pressure Im unsure what treatment options would be though from there. I had large lobular carcinoma with no lymph node.
