What does cording feel like?
Im just about 12 days post op and noticed on Thursday afternoon that it has started to feel quite tight down the inside of my arm. I have been doing my exercises but it also seems to be a little sorer...

@sister talk to the breast care nurse at RAH. (Or are you private?) Physio will help with exercises to help. They reviewed mine all through treatment.
