I really hope you have some good times coming after chemo. You trully deserve them. Thank-you for sharing your story. I am so glad that your daughter does not carry the gene and hope that all will be good for your younger daughter too.
The ability to test for the gene mutation has the potential to save a lot of lives as people can choose to do preventative surgeries. I'm so sorry this did not happen in time for you.
I wonder when they will find a cure for this awful disease that ruins so many lives? It is like having a ticking time bomb that no one knows the detonation time for.
