What a Day !!!
Hi All, Well yesterday I went back to the hospital for the results of my mammogram. My appointment was at 9.40 so got there early to get parking as its a nightmare. Got a ticket at the outpatients...
I had that same thing happen once. They cancelled and didnt tell me but the difference with mine was the receptionist tried to make out I had cancelled it and i had not. She was very nasty about it too. Eventually another receptionist pulled me aside (by this time I was in tears), found out it was an error on their part and got a doctor to see me.
