What a cow

Hi all,

        2015 has already been hectic for me , ive had venesection for my blood disorder, been to the Oncoligist, Had my mammo and Ultrasound which is all clear for the 3rd year in a row. Yeh!and then went of to the Gyno and booked in my Hystarectomy, prolapse repair,and Ovary removal.I rang my sister inlaw to tell her of my impending surgery and she says you lucky bitch, there you go again you will be able to loose a few more kilos of weight. i wish I could have the surgerys youve had and be as skinny as you. WHAT A BLOODY IDIOT  I thought stupid cow has know idea Seiously some people willnever get it.             Adean

    I am with Tonya.  Look for all of your good things.  Great to have clear scans for 3 years.  I have just passed 4 years clear.  (definately a good feeling)  As for others - ignorance is not an opportunity for stupidity.  Keep your positives going with a quick recovery from surgery.  I would say "take the time out of action to "chill out" and get ready for a fantastic 2015.     Congrats on your 3rd clear year:) As for your sister in law, some people just don't engage the brain before they open their mouth. All the best,

    Funny isn't it how some people are so relentlessly determined to be positive they are just annoying. Wishing you well is one thing, but pretending that all is fine when you are about to have some rather scary surgery is cold hearted and really failing to listen properly. Has she always been jealous of you and stupid or is this new?

    My husband always says never attribute to malice what could be due to ignorance and stupidity, and that there is a frightening number of stupid people around.

    Firstly,congrats on 3 years all clear.But sorry to hear you have to start 2015 with more surgery.This medical stuff can be abit relentless sometimes.I had a gutful last year- from May to December,every week I was either having tests,scans or dental work.I have a good run now until my mammo due in May. All I can say about your sisterinlaw is that she should be careful what she wishes for! Hope your surgery can be over with soon. Love Tonya xx
