Weekend before First Chemo

What a great weekend before my first chemo.  We were heading off Friday night for a long weekend at Philip Island with our long time camping friends, bu Murph had been escaping and I was tired, so we headed off Saturday.

The weather was sunny and mild, and the rain we got, didn't stop the kids boogie boarding, surfing and exploring the rock pools. 

I was the first to bed each night, after enjoying some good company and fine wine - the latter being a little lacking lately due to "Feb Fast" and getting cancer.  Don't know that I'm really going to fancy it much during treatment - plenty of time for that later in the year!
