thank you everyone for responding, i guess its part of the treatment that these smaller things get you down, I seem much less resilient than I was prior to my dx. Its great to be able to blog (& vent) a little.
Going to hit the sinus with everything i can, have a Dr appt Wed and will check the out Fess, but prefer something to dry it up completely. have been doing antibiotics since february 12 months ago, which can not get rid of it either.
I do have a sinus flow bottle like a neti pot, I am very cautious about this Now, as prior to my surgery I thought i would do a sinus cleanse - that completely backfired, caused the infection in the sinus to spread
and there I was with a temperature of 39.4 deg, 2 days out from surgery!
Oh my goodness that was scary, in that i thought surgery would get cancelled and cause lots of disruption. Luckily i had a great anesthesiologist who rang me and put me at ease and we went ahead on the planned date. But I am paranoid about that happening again, and knowing that the sinusitis kicks 5 days after chemo seemlingly dependent on my immune system hitting the low point, its a very irritating not being able to control it somehow and the nausea is worse then chemo version as its hour after hour during the flow period.
anyway thanks for listening....may try a dose of vit C too while i am at it :)
