Hi, I'm just wondering if a netty pot would help. It is a small pot that you fill with warm salty water & then you tip it up one nostril & the water runs out the other nostril. I know it sounds gross & uncomfortable, but my friend swears by it. He hasn't had sinusitis since he has started using it & he suffered badly before. He bought his from a health food shop & uses it daily. It may be worth a try.
