Shit Love don’t blame you I’d want it all done at once too. I’d just bloody yell and scream til I get my way I reckon. I had the left one dome publically then after chemo took the other one off as a private patient in the public system and it only cost a few hundred bucks so that was good. I would of had to wait for years fro the right one otherwise as the surgeon said it wasn’t necessary. He understood why I wanted to have it done though. I’m not doing this shit again that’s for sure. Get stressed enough about recurrence and at least this reduces our risk somewhat hey. It will also depend on the surgeon too if you can have it all done at once so ask your surgeon if he or she works in the public system as well and if not they might be able to recommended someone for you. I had the gene test as I was 43 when I was diagnosed but it was negative. I’ve had a hysterectomy previously as my mother died from endometrial cancer but kept my ovaries not that that matters now as damn chemo put me into menopause anyways xx
